"Noticed a Real Difference"
I’ve been using this for a little while now, the main thing I’ve noticed is that my dog’s stool has become much firmer and easier to pick up, which is always a huge plus. Another nice change is that there seems to be less of that strong smell than before, so cleanup is just a bit more pleasant overall. It’s not some dramatic overnight miracle or anything, but the improvement has been clear in day-to-day use

My cat’s stomach seems to be doing a lot better after using this, maybe within a week or so. I’m happy with it overall, I just wish the shipping had been a bit quicker.

"Didn’t work for my dog’s allergies"
I ordered the Hill’s food because I was really hoping it would help my dog’s itchy skin and stomach problems. Unfortunately, it just didn’t sit right with him. After about a week, he was still scratching like crazy and his ears started getting red again. I’ve already had to explain his allergy issues over and over, so it was frustrating to go through another product that didn’t help. Maybe it works great for other pets, but for mine, the allergy compatibility just wasn’t there. Shipping was fine and the site was easy enough to use, but this food wasn’t a good fit for us.

"Pretty easy to use"
Found my dog food quickly and the menus were easy to figure out. Checkout went fine too. A few pages loaded kinda slow for me, but overall it's a good site and I’d use it again.

"Still Waiting on My Food"

I’ve been using Hill’s for my dog for a while now, and like I said, I trust them. My vet has brought up the brand before too, so that definitely makes me feel a little more confident about it. The website is easy to use, and I like that it’s a well-known company instead of some random dog food brand I’ve never heard of. Like I said, no problems so far, and my dog seems to do well with it.

I had to return a bag of food my cat just wouldn’t touch, and while the refund took a few days longer than I expected, customer service got back to me and handled it without much hassle. It wasn’t perfect, but the return process was really straightforward and easy to follow. In the end, I got my money back, so I’m happy enough with how it turned out

"Helped a Lot, But My Wallet Is Still Recovering"
The food did help and I was actually happy with that part. But the price? Whew, I nearly had to sit down and rethink my entire life choices. It’s good, just a bit more expensive than I expected.

It actually smells fine to me, so I thought she might like it, but nope, she refuses to eat it. I’ve tried putting it out a few different times and even mixing it with other food, which feels like way too much effort for something she still won’t go near.

"Bad timing made it more frustrating"
I ran into trouble trying to pause my order, and the timing couldn’t have been worse. I needed it handled quickly, but support took a while to get back to me. Maybe it was just bad timing on my end, but it still made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

"My older cat actually eats it"
My older cat needed some kidney support, and we ended up trying Hill’s because the vet recommended it. I wasn’t totally sure she’d go for it, because she can be picky in that very cat way, but weirdly enough she eats it without much drama. that alone feels like a win. Her recent vet checks have been a bit more stable too, which makes me feel like we’re at least doing something right. It’s definitely not the cheapest food, and I do notice that every time I buy it, but I feel better knowing she’s eating something that’s actually meant for what she needs right now.

I do like this food overall. The ingredient list is actually easy to understand and doesn’t look like it’s loaded with a bunch of random fillers, which I appreciate. My cat eats it without a fuss, and her coat has been looking really nice. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, though, and I do wish finding decent cat food didn’t feel like such a chore. Between comparing ingredients, prices, and what my cat will actually eat, it’s a lot of effort. Still, this one seems worth it for the quality.
